02 · The Longest SignSilver Telly Award. La Sierra University.

A banner the length of the campus, in one take.

A single continuous shot walking the length of a very long sign, ending on the mascot. It took a morning to lay out and a few minutes to shoot. The Telly judges gave it Silver in Social Video for a general educational institution.

02 · The PodcastThe La Sierra Show. Created, produced.

A dormant channel, and a show to put on it.

The university had a YouTube channel nobody had posted to in years. I built an interview show for it — students, faculty, whoever had something worth 30 minutes — and cut every episode into the short-form clips that actually travel. The clips did the recruiting; the full episodes did the depth.

04 · On CampusEvents, stunts and stills. La Sierra University.

Most of it was made standing on the lawn.

Not everything was a video. Chalk on the quad, a mascot in the bushes, a fridge nobody expected to win, a photograph of the campus held up against the campus. Shot on an iPhone and an FX30, mostly between other things.

EnrollmentOutcome. La Sierra University.

Enrollment rose for the first time in over ten years.

A pixel on the university site tied applications back to the platform they came from: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google. That meant I could check the content against the outcome instead of guessing at it. One Looker Studio dashboard covered all five, instead of five separate ones.

The videos brought in applications, and those applications turned into an enrolled class.
